Motormen pick up a point following draw with Guiseley
9:26am Wednesday 25th January 2012

ON-loan midfielder Liam Wynn scored on his debut for Motors as they claimed a valuable point against promotion chasing Guiseley.
Wynn, on loan from Fleetwood Town, scored in the 26th minute when Craig Mahon weaved his way through the Guiseley defence on the left wing before delivering an inch perfect cross which Wynn headed home from six yards out.
After the interval, Guiseley woke up and were by far the better side in the final 45 minutes.
They were rewarded for their efforts on 57 minutes when a Guiseley corner wasn’t cleared properly by the Motors defence and striker Chris Senior hit a superb left footed volley from 12 yards out which found its way through a packed penalty area and beyond Motors keeper Scott Tynan.
Guiseley winger Simon Baldry hit the crossbar on 76 minutes then just a minute later, Josh Wilson hit a left footed drive which fizzed inches wide of the left hand post.
Both sides had chances to win it in the final stages however a draw was a fair result over the 90 minutes.
